Exceptional Service Every Time
You Must Be 18 or Older To Sign For Yourself
All ID requirements are according to state law and non-negotiable. Failure to provide legal identification will result in forfeit of your appointment and a cancellation fee.
Basic ID Requirements
All adults over the age of 18 must have a current legal photo ID present at the time of their appointment. Over the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian can no longer sign for you. Piercings in the mouth area will require an up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination card.
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with current legal photo ID for the adult, and a birth certificate, adoption paperwork, or guardianship paperwork signed by the overseeing judge. Children between the ages of 5 and 13 years of age may only get their earlobes pierced. Minors aged 13 and up may get lobes, nostrils, lips, and intermediate cartilage piercings. Minors over the age of 16 may get any of the above, as well as navel, eyebrow, or tongue piercings. Absolutely no infants may be pierced. While piercing infants is not illegal, it is highly discouraged throughout the professional piercing industry.
You must be 18 years or older to receive any nipple, genital, or surface piercing. You must have a current legal photo ID, no exceptions.
